This place is a joke i would buy nothing else from this place ever there service sicks and they should be gone out of business never again people please dont ever ever shop here cause i paid my bill on time and paid my stiff off and got that insurance and they lied to me and never fixed my stuff and when you call the main office all you get is the run around like i said dont go here they are a joke and they don't stand behind there stuff even if you got insurance. Again dont ever ever got here and buy nothing unless u want to get ripped off and get the run around

I've been with famsa for 5 years I can' honestly say they have been good to me my warranty has been great when my washer broke and they couldn't fix it they replaced it great costumer service nice people any question I have they answer and show me on computer what it is I paying for how much they will cover on warranty I'm very happy with this place thanks famsa!!!!

I bought some really nice leather couches from them. They sold me on an extended warranty - stating that if anythying happens to them that they would fix it. I said no thank you at first. But the salesman asked if I had any pets. I said yes. He said "If your dog chews a hole in it, we'll fix it for you at no cost." So I bought their overpriced extended warranty. I got a new puppy and she chewed a small tear in the leather. There repair policy is to first come out and take pictures then determine what needs to be done to fix it then reschedule to come out and actually fix it They came out and took the pictures and the service guy said someone will call me later to reschedule the repair. Two weeks later and I still haven't heard back from them. I called them today and they said that they called and spoke to my wife and told her that the extended warranty does not cover pet damage. They only have my cellphone number so them saying they called and spoke to my wife is a lie. The sales person who sold me the warranty also lied. Don't buy from these guys. They're liars and I'll never shop here again!!!
