I had a delicious learning experience at Fiore! My company and friends rave ove my new peach dish that has a flavored aged balsamic vinegar....Sounds not so tasty but OMG!! I am a fan!!

Delicious Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars!
We found this lovely shop while walking around the lovely town of Bar Harbor, Maine. We were amazed with the number of olive oils and balsamic vinegars on display for our tasting. Each taste was a trip pleasing to the palate. We just loved the Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar .....so sweet and rich WITHOUT any biting as so many balsamics have. I am ordering more on line as my husband has been using ours every day. We love it! Fiore's products are delicious. I am also purchasing the Chololate Balsamic..I can't wait to serve this one! We thoroughly enjoyed visiting and tasting this delicious place!
