I will never again rent from these people. Its impossible to get an answer about anything. The receptionist is rude and unfriendly. Our water started coming out orange, so i contacted the city which then told me to contact the realtor, when i did so they told me they would look at it. Its been a month and we still have orange water and nothing is being done about it.

Absolutely horrible, no respect for military families. They were actually taken OFF the available housing list at Goodfellow AFB for treating military families rudely. Do not rent here, especially if you have children, the apartments are a very unsafe environment. The landlord is also VERY confrontational and loves to yell for really no reason at all. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Excelle Properties.

If you're Military, DO NOT RENT FROM EXCELLE PROPERTIES. We've been renting for 6 months and we've had several people go in and out of our apartment without a notice of them being without our home, had 13-year-old boys waltz into our apartment to clean out AC because Excelle Properties paid them under-the-table to do so, have been yelled at by the owner--Rachel-- because she "...hate(s) to lease to military people because they fight everything and make everything difficult." We have also requested 24 hour notice when someone was to be in our home without our knowledge and she responded "I don't have to because I have 400 customers and it's not the law" with a laugh she denied our request. They will work with you when it comes to paying your rent, but only by ripping you off on the rent in the first place. Our rent was to be all bills included by that wasn't the case with cable, phone, and internet-despite our lease agreement with them included. People with self respect: DON'T LEASE.
