BIG disappointment
Had shopped there a few times but this was my first time buying. They were great until they had my deposit for 2 chairs which were supposed to be ready in 6-8 weeks. 5 months later, I am still waiting for delivery on one. And did they ever contact me to explain the reason for these delays? Not once! At every instance, I had to initiate contact and then a series of problems would be revealed. The Ethan Allen experience has been one of great frustration and disappointment for me. The one chair I do have is very nice but I will never, ever do business with them again.
