Customer Service Lacking
Customer for over 7 years. Salon took appointments then stopped that policy. Have had trouble tanning in the afternoons around 2-3:00 and was advised to call in and be placed on a waiting list. Called in and was told "NO" only walk ins, no waiting list or appointments. Will look for another salon after my 6 month package expires and will also ask my daughters to not renew their tanning packages.
