My experience mirrors those of many others: This place is dirty, machines are constantly left unrepaired (although we are given lots of promises that they will be repaired "soon" even though MONTHS pass), many of the staff are more concerned with going home early than with serving the customers --- shutting equipment down at 20 til the hour even though they allegedly are open another twenty minutes, staff arer often absent from the front desk and customers can't fnd them. etc. TVs seem to work only half the time and they blame Knology. Many of the services one pays for when one enrolls are unavailable for long periods of time. The building is kept uncomfortably warm for most of the year --- "like an oven." Their hours are cut short at just the times many people are free to come because they work during the day. What a way to run a business1

my Hair Extensions are the best, she is definatly skilled in what she does, and does it in record time as well. When i booked my consultation- it was free and matched the hair perfectly! She also educated me about hair extensions and their care which i found to be vital to keeping them properly. When i got my hair extensions put in, not only was she fast and the atmosphere quaint- she had snacks, food, magazine, etc all available for my disposal! Cant believe the results!
