EMI HEALTH

This was the worst place for employment that i have ever worked at . This company has 0 flexibility , is not employee focused at all, and while has long time employees that have been with the company for many years, never talked to one person who loved their job. what i and others say is that over the years that this company has been around, they have taken more away than given to employees. they say they have an open door policy , when in fact they may listen, but they definitely don't hear anything you say. sick pay=none, vacation pay = none. pto = yes, but a complete joke. i loved the people i worked with and a couple of managers, or people in charge, however, overall all management in certain areas are as impersonal and lack emotional and caring in the worst way i have ever seen. i would never recommend this as your insurance company or a place of employment.
