If there is ever any unsatisfactory inquiry, I refer the customer to the manufacturer's toll-free number so that they can explain the situation to the customer. My service was phenomenol. My order was processed and shipped just hours after I placed my order. I received my package 2 days later. All items arrived in great condition. Everything was securely wrapped in bubble wrap and newspaper. The lotion pump was even taped to avoid it from accidentally opening in transit. I bought a product called Gly Miracle, a skin humectant, which I have not been able to find in stores lately. The results from using the cream on the dry, cracked, bleeding hands of my sons were miraclulous. Nothing else seems to work. I tried Eucerin, Aquafor, Aveda products, Vaseline and other products but none of them could compare to the dramatic results received from Gly Miracle. I ordered the Gly Miracle in lotion form in pump bottle and in cream form, in tubes. I would definitely order from here again.
