when I first move in , things were ok but than when I ask for things to be fixed, nothing was done. I finished my lease and was going to buy the home and when I sat down with Matt and the Manager, the price went up 10,000 I did not buy the home and they took me to court.the wanted me to pay for new carpet in the whole house and than added in 400.00 mis.for repairs. My house was left in good condition and so wsth carpet , the carpet was the original carpet that needed to be replaced anywayand the what needed to be fixed, was the same thing i had asked for when I moved in....
