I brought my computer to them for the free diagnostic servicethey found out that my computer had a virus and called me before doing anything to make sure i wanted to proceed instead of holding my computer hostage like other companies have done to me in the past.after i gave my approval they got it back to me in the same day for only $70i looked elsewhere and it would have cost me $120they are nice and knowledgeable. I had a great experience. I recommend them to everyone now.
