I don't know why I keep giving this place chances. More often than not my order is messed up or missing something. I am honestly shocked when I receive something correctly. They give an estimated time of 55 minutes, but on average it is a two hour wait. Once I waited over three hours and when I tried to call to cancel (three times) no one answered. When they showed up the guy wouldn't even give me a refund. I NEVER received a refund or discount on anything despite the constant troubles in ordering. The few times I've called to complain they have been rude and never offered even an apology.
