Dill's Deli

Great RIBS!!! They have great ribs at Dills Deli. I thinks they are the best Ribs in Redding!! They are a true Comp. Style Rib. Just had some yesterday and they were GREAT!!! This is a great smoke house. Mike Dill was also the winner of the Peoples choice award at the last Pro's and JoesBBQ comp. here in Redding. He is located on caterpillar right off I 5. Go eat some ribs!!

Have been to Dills a couple times. the deli part is very good. but sadly the bbq is lacking and not very good. would go back for lunch but not for bbq. place is clean and people are nice so i rate them good but the bbq brings the score way down.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO HAVE LUNCH! very good and a clean operation too. fast service. can't say enough about dill's deli.
