Don't see this group if you want test results
Although the Doctors and staff seem to be concerned (most of them anyway) this group is AWFUL when it comes to getting test results. I had a test and had to call the office for over a month before I FINALLY got someone that could give me my test results. I know this i...s a very busy office; however, there is no excuse for this. To make matter worse my results were abnormal! Prior to living in Sylacauga I lived in a large city and often had problems finding doctors that were taking new patients, this botherd me. After being a patient at this practice I now know why doctors stop taking new patients, it's so they are not overwhelmed with patients and so they can give proper care to the ones they have. Clearly this group needs to no longer take new patients; they obviously have too many patients and don't have the time to call you when you have test (i.e. lab work, CT scans, x-rays, etc.). It's not just me with this problem, everyone I know that see's this group has the same problem.
