David Krulac Real Estate LLC

My husband and I looked at buying a house in Enola from David Krulac. DO NOT DO IT! We even put an offer in on the house. It was accepted. Then, we had the home inspection. FAIL. Then we had the radon test...acceptable is 4.0....it was a 6.6. FAIL. There was so much water damange, and all they did was cover it up. They carpeted and painted over all the evils so no one could see it. Bologna. Thank heaven for the home inspection or we would be in WAY over our heads! :(
