Dave's Touch-Ups, Inc. Furniture Refinishing

Dave repaired and refinished a WELL used and loved buffet my father made in 1963. My dad made it for my grandmother, I have since inherited this cherished piece and am so proud to pass it in to my son. Dave made it all worthwhile. So beautiful! Dave also RECONSTRUCTED a small black walnut table that had three coats of paint. I tried to strip the piece myself but lost my patience. NOT DAVE....he basically had to reconstruct and refinish the whole piece. My $5.00 find at a garage sale is now a show piece! Both pieces were done in just two weeks! Thank You Dave, you obviously have a love of refinishing and repair of woodwork, you do it SO WELL! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND your WORK and expertise !!!!!!

Dave certainly had his work cut out for him on the fainting couch I wanted him to fix. He needed to tighten up the joints and replicate the carving on some missing wood pieces before he even started to refinish it. He did an excellent job on making it sturdy, filling in the missing pieces and bringing the warm color of the wood back to life. He topped it off with a nice soft shine to the wood. I was very happy to find someone who does such a good job. He has also refinished all of my kitchen cabinet doors and drawers. He is always very prompt for pick ups and deliveries and completes the job faster than you can imagine!

02/23/2013 I just recently had my bed bench and chair refinished and Dave did a fabulous job, my puppy had chewed the claw feet on the bed bench and gnawed at all six of them and now it looks brand new, and same with my Queen Ann chair. I would highly recommend Dave for any work that you may need to refinish any damaged wood, my furniture looks wonderful!!!! Thank you again. Sandy T.
