If you want a lawyer who is condescending and doesn't keep you up to date on things unless you ask, he is your man. I was discussing this lawyer to friends and one personally had an experience with him, and one others sister used him several years ago. Both said run. He appears friendly and competent in the initial meeting, but once money is collected he treats you like you're an idiot every time you ask a question. In talking to an attorney friend who referred me to him, I told her how poor I thought his performance was and that he wasn't very good. She said "No, he's not." I was so ticked at her comment and the fact that she forgot SHE referred him. Thank God he's not a defense attorney!
