Now that we are dealing with Dale Computer Services the printers print when we press print, we don't get dropped from the Internet when we receive a fax, the computers don't slow down in the middle of the day, we don't get popups and errors constantly, etc. Everything just seems to work better now and we are spending much less for support than we were before.

I highly recommend them.

I want to thank Paul at Dale Computer for all his help over the past few years. With his help Precision Door of NJ has become one of the fastest growing franchises in New Jersey and a leader in our industry. We rely heavily on our computers and DCS makes sure that they stay up and running and helps us work more efficiently.

The office computer wouldn't work on Saturday. It said there were hard drive errors. This was bad because our backup hard drive broke about a month ago. The office girl called hoping to get someone out to fix it on Monday. I was afraid my information was lost.

They came out on Sunday and replaced the parts and saved all my info. The gave it a tune up which made it work faster. They also set me up with internet backup. Monday morning we were back in business and the computer worked great!
