It's been awhile since I've had an opportunity to reach out to you all.
We have been extremely busy at Darden Auto Detail and moving to our new location has been great for business. We listened to you and implemented a plan last year to locate a store front location for those clients who preferred to "drop-by" for service at their convenience.
Our new location is much larger, with three air-conditioned service bays and a great customer lounge.
I have personally contacted most of you, but for those that I couldn't contact, the hours of operation are below.

I would highly recommend this company. They are the very best detailers I have ever been to, and I have tried most everyone in Richmond. Because of the fabulous detail job they did on my car and the superb customer service, I decided to also sign up for the unlimited wash program and it has been great...my jag has NEVER looked better! Saw an ad for the unlimited wash program a couple of weeks ago. I was a bit hesitant because it seemed too good to be true. I signed up my first vehicle and I'll be darn - they really mean unlimited. I've had my car washed 5 times over the last 10 days. It is quick..., convenient, and I only pay once a month. I just signed my wife up on yesterday and will also sign up my mother and daughter. Good service for the Metro Richmond area. It's nice to know that there are some businesses out there really working to add quality AND value to their customers.

Thanks for the great job you did on my car, (I'm the lady with the beige Volvo with the really nasty interior full of dog hair and stains). Not only was the interior and exterior detail work SPOT ON, but the customer service was SUPERB! My car looks almost as good as ...it did when I purchased it brand new. Thanks for the fabric protection and other pointers for maintaining my car. I'll be back weekly as promised!

My Car NEVER Looked Better
After the snow we had last weekend, my car was extremely dirty. I went to a $5 drive through car wash and believe it or not, it didn't look much better. Then I found out about Darden Detail and they came to my home, which was very convenient. The outcome was superior...!!! My car looks great on the outside and smells fantastic on the inside. Darden Detail was quick, thorough and worth every penny. When my neighbor saw the job they did on my car, she immediately came over and booked an appointment for hers. Thanks again guys!!
