Paid this company to put up Christmas lights and was told they would come to remove them on the 3rd of January, was suppose to put in their appointment book. They never showed up. Called them on 4th of January to remind them. Said they would be out the next day. Never showed up. Called, they "forgot" said they would be out Monday, January 7th. called to remind, did not answer phone, had to leave message on machine. called three other times, never reached anyone, no one called back. ....be very cautious when you hire these people as to not give them money until the entire job is complete.
