Crown Distributing Co Inc

The other day I stopped by my corner store here in Everett to grab a drink and snack. As I entered I noticed that the Crown Distibutor driver was there talking to the store owner. Well over the previous weeks my favorite drink had not been delivered and the store owner was told that Monster was discontinuing the production of the Mixxd flavor (Black, silver & purple can- Not to be confused with the imported DUB) This being the only flavor that is even appealing to me, I decided to ask the driver myself why. The man said ""You'll need to contact Monster,"" and ask them. and added it was most likely due to lack of sales. How's that if it's sold completely out every week.\t\n So I made my purchase and immediately went home to my computer and found the Monster website and FaceBook page and posted my complaint. Telling them I was a very consistent and loyal buyer of this product, and that if they were to stop making my favorite flavor, I would no longer be a customer at all. Etc. Etc.\t\n I have even written a short poem about Monster Drinks.\t\nAnd with that I went on with my day.\t\n The next day I recieved 2 emails from the Monster Company. Both telling me that they had no plans of dicontinuing the production of the Mixxd Flavor. Thus turning this whole story around back to the individual distributor for my area. Crown Distibuting is that company, and now I'm not a very happy person, because when I attempted to make contact via telephone, (4 times) I was passed from person to person and disconected everytime. This is not a professional way to treat a consumer. For either of the encounters I have had with the Employees of Crown Distributing, Arlington, WA.\t\n Now I am here writing this review. I don't know how at this point I should feel about being the ""first"" to write such a review. But I do Know that I want them to continue to distribute this product. Also, that there are some much needed employee-consumer relations training needed. I think it's pure B.S. that I was lied to and passed off in such a juvinile fashion. Only to then, publicly humiliate myself on the Monster F.B. Wall. and last but certainly not Least. The whole ""Passing the Buck"" treatment I recieved when I call to speak to someone about, my wishes for them not to discontinue this drink.\t\n All I wanted was to make a request and I don't consider myself to be a rude person, But due to the treatment I recieved. I think maybe I should be a bit more aggressive in the future.\t\nAnd with that said At this time I feel that this Company Stinks.\t\nThanks for your Time.
