PURCHASING DIRECTOR
I TOOK A CHANCE ON THIS SMALL BUSINESS AND PURCHASED 400 Laserjet Cartridges for our warehouse supply. To my supprise every single cartridges worked and must have lasted longer then the OEM brand, because I didn't have to place another for for almost 3 weeks longer than usual. I will stick with what works. Nick

Bad Customer Service / Misrepresentation of Product
If I could give less that 1 star I would. We purchased product based on salesman recommendation. Had issues and requested replacement of partially used product and exchange of another still in unopened box. We were told that an exchange was being sent for replacement and a call tag for the exchange. They never intended to exchange and the replacement has not been received. When speaking to the owner of the company, Allan, I asked when the tracking # for replacement was going to be emailed to me (I'd requested it twice before.) I was told "I'll get to it when I get to it, I have better things to do."
I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Crimson reps come on strong and are diligent when trying to gain your business. Their customer service is deplorable and they do not stand behind their product.
