as I was saying...management is hired by the company that manages multiple properties - mobile home parks, apartments, condos. Of course it's a family - there's only one house for them to live in, so it's most economical to hire a couple. Whether or not the grounds keeper is their son, I don't know or care. Everyone does their job and they do not have time to gossip. If the mgr had any interest in our private lives she'd know a lot more about what's going on and she doesn't. I was recovering from surgery

Live here, if you can afford it, but be informed...

All homes here are owned by the occupants. The reviewer could not possibly own one of these homes, or he'd be better informed. Our manager is not the owner and she actually doesn't know many of the home owners, beyond collecting their space rents. There are over 200 homes here. There have been 3 management families (

Don't live here

This park, from the outside, looks like a nice community. However, the management here is very inept. She only keeps the place looking nice (and nothing more) by harassing and threatening (and actually following through on) and evicting people. Because she has an odd, and quite evil, personality, the people that she happens to keep around as tenants (not always but "in general") as tenants also tend to be evil. They too will use her to harass you, if they merely don't like you. Why do you think there are always open homes here? High turnover, not for good cause.

This park is like a shiny, delicious looking apple on a tree. Looks great when driving through or walking by, but once you take a bite you find out its full of worms and rotten on the inside. The family of the park manager all work here (talk about cronyism), and she "gossips" and will tell your private business to the whole dysfunctional, probably drug addicted family. All I can say is, just don't live here!
