I am a health & wellness educator who lectures to small workplace groups, families and individuals on the importance of whole food nutrition. If you are not getting your 9-13 servings of fresh fruits and veggies everyday for optimal health then you need to talk to me.

I am a 17 year stage 4 breast cancer survivor and have dealt with Crohns Disease for the past 25 years.
