Cozy Nails Spa

I have been going to this salon since it has been open even tho I don't live in the area anymore I still come and get my nails done everytime I am because I have not found any nail place that spends time to get them done right! Most places don't care and mess up your nail beds . I'm glad they know how to do any design I tell them to !! Mindy is great at doing designs!!! Richard and kimmy are usually my nail techs they are very friend and fun to talk to .... I recommend this place to everyone !

I started going to this salon several months ago. First few times I had the owner Mindi do my nails, but after cutting me every time and getting up to answer the phone and wait on other customers while leaving me sit there for 20 mins., I finally nicely broke down and asked if another nail tech could please do my nails. She said that was fine, but lord did she hold a grudge. She made it so unbearable and uncomfortable for me to be there. I started having Ton do my nails and he was great, but I would call to make an appt and she would say he didnt have any openings. I would walk in after work at the time she said he was booked and he'd just be sitting there. At my last visit Mindi and her husband Richard sat there and talked about me right in front of one of my friends who I originally referred there. She thought it was so rude that she said she is never going back and neither am I. What happened to customer service? You would think the salon owners would be professional and respectful

Outstanding Service & Friendly Staff! I've been going to Cozy since they came into Monroe & I luv them to pieces! Mindy & Kimi always remember your name & what is going on in your life. They make you feel important. It is a blessing to have them as a part of our community.
