Cox Flowers

With the passing of my grandmother, my uncle purchased a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Cox Flowers and sent it to us. Rather, the bouquet would have been beautiful if there were not dead flowers in the bouquet. First strike. My mother contacted Cox Flowers in orde...r to have this remedied. The woman she spoke to was standoffish and rude, acting like she knew everything. Strike Two. Then. After everything else, she came over to retrieve the flowers. She could [or most likely would] not tell me if my uncle would be charged for the dead flowers, only that she would fix them. She waltzed off with the flowers after promptly slamming my own front door in my face and scaring my cat half to death. Strike Three. I'm out and will not recommend his flower company to anyone.
