Deserves a minus rating
The US Army hired this catering service to provide meals for service members conducting a field training exercise prior to deployment to Afghanistan. The food is nothing but super high fat, cheap food. They would run out of menu options within minutes of beginning service. They went on the super cheap on every item they served and tried to get free fuel from the government. They brought the minimum number of employees to run their operation and had trash cans overflowing. There are entirely too many issues to explain..bottom line, the service and the food was terrible.
