It was quite a feat considering the fact the house was old and the previous lock had been in an extremely poor condition. A technician, Mark I think his name was, got there within 20 minutes and took barely a minute to open the lock. \n\nI will never use another locksmith again. I was ready to replace the entire lock, which would have obviously cost me a lot of money, but Rob figured out a cheaper, more effective alternative and saved me big bucks.
