This company has no idea what they are doing. Over promise and under deliver. Software sucks and support is worse. I think the 5 star reviews on here are from them.

Excellent Product and Excellent Support
We use Catalog Builder and Catalog Builder Live from Computer Pundits Corporation. We do 400+ customer specific price books in spring and fall. It is life saver for us. Something that will take many months to do without their products. I will recommend it to anyone. Whenever we have issues they jump on it to figure it out.

We love their eCommerce21 Software
We purchased eCommerce21 from Computer Pundits many years ago. initially there were issues with implementation. We worked with them and they changed their process to deal with the issues. We are running and updating the software for a while now with new features. We generates many millions in revenues each year and are happy.
