Horrible business! Not only did Dr Dan break the screen on my laptop, he tried to say we brought it in that way. He was so rude and completely unprofessional. I highly recommend you do not use this business.

For all those seeking computer repair,I would recommend that you seek your business elsewhere!. The experience I have faced with this business goes beyond the compromising of personal files,but he (Dr. Dan) willfully and with malicious intent installed spyware,deleted all my files,and photos,templates that I spent hundreds of hours putting together,all now gone,and memories lost forever!! When I got my computer back,the so called "Dr. Dan" installed non genuine windows software! The final straw was when he installed spyware. This was needed.so he could view and cause any computer he repairs to malfunction at will from any remote location,thus providing an outlet for repeat business,because he can cause the computer to quit at any given time and also compromise your personal information and files like I experienced.This is criminal in nature,and I have contacted various internet authorities to bring this white collar criminal to the attention of the general Flagstaff public at large.
