If we fail to recover your data, you pay nothing! Other companies may charge you an evaluation fee, or even a $100 fee to look at your media, we do not!

Our facility is a two tier functioning business. One building is for our customer service and technical support team. These are the people you initially set up your case with, and who explain the process of data recovery to you.
Our other facility is where the clean room is located and where our skilled technicians perform the actual data recovery process.

CompuRecovery had an office in California when I first sent them my hard drive. They were very quick and responsive. I had email replies within 2 minutes of sending them questions. Very cool. You don't see that often anymore. Anyway, my data had already been arou...nd the state to other companies who wanted WAY too much. I sent it to these guys, they were careful with my already opened, possibly corrupt drive, and still managed to pull my family photos and much needed tax info from the drive. thanks again and I am now backing up everything, but if i ever need help i'll call you guys.
