In the later part of July, I dropped my SHOW boots off at the mobile unit in KY with the promise (from David the owner) that it would be 2 weeks for the necessary repairs; and I could pick them up there at the showgrounds in August, when I came back to show. Needless to say, my boots were not ready in August, nor when I went back to show in KY in September, and I was still getting the run around when the mobile unit showed up at the River Glen horse show (TN), in October. I called again at the end of October and also in early November. In November, I was told that the boots were actually finished and in the shop and they just needed to be sent to me. I was told they were being shipped the next day. It is now December 2, 2013 and I do NOT have my boots. I have had to purchase a NEW pair of off-the-rack boots for the last 4 months of the 2013 show year and as I head into the 2014 show year I am STILL without my $1800 custom boots that were only a few years old. THIS IS BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE and needs to be made right.
