I would not use this realtor at all. I was trying to see a house for five weeks with my realtor and they made excuses why it could not be seen yet when I called as a different person and wanted to use them as the realtor, the house became available to see. It shows you how selfish they are for the money to get the full commmission instead of splitting it. If I was selling a house I would not use someone that is not trying to get every opportunity to market my house and get and offer not just what's best for them in a tight market.
