We moved to Clearview with the promise of serene living and did so to ensure our children grew up in a safe environment.

Clearview is anything but. In the 4 years we have resided here there have been many instances of Domestic Violence, drug activity, K9 units, threats, and general unrest. A week does not go by without some dramatic episode involving the Sheriffs office.

Even after an incident involving our townhouse being broken into and subsequent threats of the individual to my wife about raping and killing her, Mark IV enterprises refuses to allow us peace by forcing us to continue with our lease.

We no longer go or allow our children to play outside as there is a very real fear.

You should absolutely avoid leasing from this company at all costs if you want to ensure a safe, happy, and healthy home for your children.
