Chicago Telephony helped me figure out how to save money on my complex phone internet voice data communications package, and get a better suited, bundle of services. In the end, a hybrid solution was best for me, one that combined toll free call forwarding, some data in the cloud, some hosted on secure services, and a very carefully reviewed proposal to handle negotiations with major carrier and lesser known VoIP providers, to ensure that I would no longer be hit with hidden fees or locked into a contract that was disadvantageous. The Csuite is awesome. They are incredibly knowledgeable, the entire firm deserves my highest endorsement.
