this location always treats me fairly and wit kindness. they are the only cell phone store that hasnt tried to just sell me prepaid because i'm black. they really seem to know what they talkin about too.

There are 2 gentlemen at the store full time, it seems, named Greg and Mark. Greg is simply the very best manager I have ever met or dealt with. He always gets my questions answered and service issues handled--quickly, professionally, and effectively. I don't know about the other guy, though, Mark--he seems a bit sly. I would try to avoid Mark and go with the pro! Great store and fantastic place. I always get deals on phones that are at least $20 cheaper than aother locations in the area, too! The sales people at the store were very nice and everytime I go into this location for help they are very willing to help. The staff is very knowledgable and even helped me with a billing issue. I would give them 5 stars but they get a little busy sometimes don't have enough people working there (1 or 2 people at the most).
