Certainty did a fantastic job!

As a first-time home buyer, I was very worried about spending so much for a home inspection. However, I was even more worried about buying a home with lots of expensive issues. Certainty did a fantastic job! Booking was easy and they allowed me to choose the inspections I needed or wanted. The inspector was on-site early, ready to work and already beginning the inspection when we arrived. He allowed us to follow him everywhere and answered our many questions. He was extremely patient, thorough, and honest which made our experience that much better! His honesty, without the sugar-coating of realtors and sellers, was invaluable! I would not hesitate to spend the money for a Certainty home inspections again!

Buying a fixer-upper?

How to make the most of your remodel With home prices and interest rates still low across the country, and inventories high, it’s a great time to be in the market for a fixer-upper. By buying a house that needs some work, you can achieve your dream home for less than you would probably pay for a move-in-ready abode. To ensure you’re making the most of your investment, however, it pays to take a look at your credit before you buy and begin your remodel. You’ll not only need credit to cover the...
