Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

I wanted to buy a car for my granddaughter's high school graduation as she will be commuting to college in the fall. I had a limited budget and I knew I wanted a Toyota Corolla. I began looking a month prior to her graduation and one of the first places I went was Central Jersey Auto Trading. I test drove a Corolla that I liked and I told Mike I would be back in a few days with my husband. Mike graciously gave me the Carfax and there was absolutely no pressure. When I went back with my husband, Central Jersey Auto had thoroughly gone over the car and replaced the brakes even though I never mentioned the brakes when I test drove the car. My husband also really liked the car so we discussed an offer with Dave and he accepted - there was no haggling! Because this was a surprise for my granddaughter, Dave agreed to hold the car for a month with a deposit. Central Jersey Auto even delivered the car while my granddaughter was at her graduation. Her graduation made it a great day - the car made it a perfect day! My husband and I have bought a lot of cars over the years, both used and new. Dealing with Central Jersey Auto was the best car buying experience we ever had. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to buy another car from them and/or recommend them to someone looking to buy a used car.

Terrible Experience

Beware of purchasing a car from Central Jersey Auto Trading located in Jackson New Jersey 08527 on 378 West Commodor Boulevard..... I found this car on cargurus.com and contacted the owner whose name was Mike and explain to Mike that I was coming from 2 hours away another state and wanted to make sure that there was no main issues with the 2003 Black Audi a6 with a hundred and one thousand miles. I also asked if there was a check engine light on and if there were any leaks Mike told me NO but he would have one of his guys put the car on the left and let me know if everything is okay also stated he would have the car ready for me to test drive when I got to the location mike was nowhere around and one of the workers gave me the key to the Audi to test drive it the battery was dead and the windshield was for the snow now Mike did tell me when he got there that they were just driving the car yesterday and actually for the past 2 weeks when I drove the car the transmission was slipping terribly and would not even change gears also the check engine light was on and when I mentioned the check engine light he told me oh wow it wasn't on yesterday and Mike had told me there was a light hit in the passengers side front end upon inspecting the vehicle I found that the drivers door was damaged where you actually open the door meaning there was damage on the driver side as well I just don't understand how these dealers think it's ok to tell you one thing to get you down there and when you do it's a completely different story obviously Mike had No remorse on having me drive 2 hours when he could have told me the truth over the phone after I stressed the fact that the car was for my son and I want him to be safe and not get stranded they said they drove the car for 2 weeks I find it impossible to believe that they didn't know the transmission was going.
