What a great find in Santa Barbara! This is a store that is both a Design Center and a Furniture Store; with a staff of Interior Designers; they have workrooms for everything from Drapery & Window Blinds, to Bedding, re-upholstery service; Wool and Linen Carpet.
Cabana Home represents the most important Fabric & Textiles houses from both Europe and the US. Representing Baker Furniture, LEE, Sherrill, Janus et Cie, Hancock & Moore, etc...
They shop the American and European markets for both new and antique furniture and lighting.
The owners make an annual trek to Europe which includes travel to England, Italy, Spain, Belguim, and France.
The firm was founded by husband and wife team, Steve & Caroline Thompson. Originaly with the venerable Neiman Marcus Stores in Dallas, TX, the Thompsons have had their work published nationally and regionally in shelter magazines.
