I called CYA after hearing of their business through a friend. I have an antique auto in my garage and realized that there is no fire protection in my home. It was something I had never thought of before, but when CYA arrived to do a free assessment of my home I started thinking. The Technician was well dressed, knowledgeable and above all thorough. He went through my home and pointed out hazards I would never even have thought of. After we were finished he presented me with a written proposal showing how I could better protect my family and assets. The inspection was free so I expected a hard sell approach after I reviewed the report. I couldn't have been more wrong. The Technician explained each option and never pressured me at all. I agreed to purchase the required equipment and expected to have to wait for a return visit, but everything was right there on his truck. I give them 5 Stars and highly recommend them to anyone looking at Fire Safety for their home or business.
