About Business Finance Corporation of St. Louis County

The Business Finance Corporation of St. Louis County is a not for profit with the sole purpose of economic development in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. We provide long term fixed financing for Commercial Real Estate Loans and large pieces of equipment. We service the state of Missouri, but concentrate on the St. Louis metropolitan area. We are a division of the St. Louis County Economic Council, however, you do not necessarily have to reside in St. Louis County to benefit from our financing programs.

(1) We can provide 10 or 20 year fixed financing for commercial loans. Typically banks only do 3 or 5 year balloon notes.

(2) Typically, the business is only required to have a 10% down payment. Banks typically require 30% down. This also often includes build out, furniture and fixtures, and new equipment as part of the building purchase.

(3) We provide an unmatched level of customer service, making the entire process as seamless as possible.

(4) We can help you to utilize the SBA 504 and BOOST loan programs and walk you through each step of the process.

(5) We can work with your existing bank or we can use our extensive contacts to shop several banks increasing your chance of approval and get you the best rates and terms.

(6) We are on your side working to get you the best loan for your business.

(7) When buying a building, you may qualify for tax credits. By not contacting up, you may leave money on the table.
