food and service message to Corporate office

My son and I were at the Brann's restaurant on 28th street in Grand Rapids tonight. We were seated right away and Troy our wait person came over in a timely manner. That was the best part of the time we spent there. My menu had a page missing in it. When I mentioned it he said I will just put it aside. Then he asked if e were ready to order. So we gave him out drink orders. He brought us our drinks and them we ordered our food. I ordered an appetizer and a salad, Prime Rib steak and french fries. My son ordered a pasta dish and a salad. The waitperson can back and said they were out of pasta so he had to reorder so he ordered a steak and sautéed onions and mushrooms. We got our salad first. I thought the appetizer should have come out first. Them we got our appetizer and bread. Them a little bit later our dinners came out. My son's second order was a steak. It was pretty much raw on the inside. So he sent it back to be cooked more. His new steak came out and it was the same steak he sent it but at least it was cooked this time and my steak was cold. When my son noticed his steak was not cooked enough we tried to get the attention of our wait person. We could not get his attention because he was to busy talking to the cute girls at the front door. Ya know the people that seat you. So we tracked down a different person. He finally saw us talking to her and never came to our table to see what was wrong. He asked the person we talked to. Well is steak came back out and our waiter brought it back sat it on the table and walked away. Never asked my sone to cut into it to make sure it was right this time. He never came back to the table to ask to refill our drinks or to see if our food was ok. we got done with dinner and he brought us our bill and never asked if we wanted any thing else. The manager never came out to apologize for the steak not being done right. We had very bad service and the waiter did not get a tip. I do not tip if I get very bad service.
