Bogush Plumbing

Worst company ever! I needed my bathtub ripper out and a new one put in along with some tile work done. For over 10 days we could not use te shower when they originaly told us it would be less than a week. Every day it was more an more mistakes. We ordered a soap dish and three tile shelves for inside the tub and they"forgot" to install those. We got one shelf. if we wanted them added, it would have been an extra day to rip out the tile they put in and more money even though they were part of the original estimate. How does a company that claims to have so much experience not install a soap dish in a tub? My bathtub looks funny. And when you say something to them they take no responsibiliy because of course it is another workers fault. Thecae one day to install the fixtures only to say that they forgot to order the shower curtain rod and that would be an extra 2 days plus, even though they measured, the water dial and spouts didn't fit. These people are the epitomy of incompetant. They cut a hole in the ceiling in my hallway below my bathroom that they were supposed to come back and patch. still waiting. I will be surprised if in a year my bathroom doesn't cave in. Please save yourself the trouble and do NOT call these people.

Sister company of Max-Flow, I am a property manager in North Jersey and have been outraged by the misleading and outlandish behavior of this company. This company put in an ejector pump for me and shortly after(a few weeks) their pump failed. I gave them multiple calls to talk about a repair. Once one of their techs came by they advised us the pump needed to be replaced and took no responsibility for the "broken beyond repair" pump. On top of that the price for a new pump was extremely high and I decided to get a second opinion. When I did so I found out that it was repairable and at a much cheaper price. This company is a fraud sends bills for large sums of money and does not stand by their own workmanship. A cautious person would think twice before they fall for Bogush's lies and "Bogus" business practices.

After 4 four plumbers in my area no one was able to completely fix the problem, reason were hard water,there is also some water in the pipes which leak into the tub,and there bills were sky high,one plumber change one rubber washer to the tune of 150 dollars,which took about 4 minutes,no way to treat a senior citizen,any way thank you Bogush and thank you Tom, what a great job he did,He made sure the job was done right the first time,
