long story short, they would have got our business if the Financial Manager wasnt a complete asshat! Rude, RUDE, RUDE!!! The GM is also very rude. When we went to talk to the GM over all three Bennett dealerships, he must be their teacher on Rude 101!! we have never been treated so badly. Obviously they don't need to sell cars, i will drive to Jacksonville, pay their state tax, or drive the 40 mins to Brunswick, before I ever shawdow thier doorway!! They sooooooo wasted our time. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else!

I took my Durango in for a simple oil change. When I got my vehicle back my center console and glove box had been riffled through. When I asked to speak with the general manager about it he would not come out of his office to discuss it.

I had several people warn me but we still bought a used vehicle from here. The AC was acting up and of course it always did it after hours. We contacted the dealership several times and they told us when we brought it in to wait till the problem occured again so they could isolate it and more cost effectively get it fixed. Once the contracts were signed and they sold our trade in, the problem finally reoccurred with the AC so I took it in and the dealership now refuses to honor their side of the agreement and fix it. They also said that they would pay to get the stains in the carpeting fixed, of course they renigged on that and we had to pay for that ourselves as well. Don't Believe anything these people tell you! The Sales manager will not honor what his sales people offer you!
