I recently acquired four 4-plex apartment buildings and Ben did an excellent job setting up the insurance. The other insurance companies/agents I contacted quoted higher premiums for the same coverage and charged too much to have every building on a separate policy (something I needed for underwriting purposes). Ben was very prompt in setting up exactly what I needed and saved me quite a bit of money.

My insurance was going to expire in two weeks and I was getting ready to panic! I emailed and called several different insurance companies, and none of them could fit in a meeting with me in time!
