why
OK i came in the other day to eat and when i came in to eat there was a girl that was talking on her cell phone im not sure who she was talking to but the language was horrible. This girl was bigger and had blond hair. I am not sure if i will be coming in again becaus...e of her attidue not only on the phone but to me as well. The food me ok but i would have enjoyed it more if the service was better.
:(
Other than this one male employee that you had, the service was awful. The man was extremely polite though, and he is the only reason I would consider coming back.
bad place.
Oh my gosh, the service here was awful. A couple of the girl employees were so rude!!! I will never eat here again thanks to them.
great place to eat!!
I just want to say that bear creek cafe is probably on of THE BEST resturaunts to eat at in glenwood. Granted their employess do tend to get a little loud at times, but i think the customer service a majority of the time is the best in town. If people wanted to second g...uess customer service at this restauraunt, go to other places like subway! customer service there is HORRIBLE!!!!!
lack of service
Awful Service.
Lack of service!
I placed an order with the cashier thinking I would get prompt service since i was the only customer and there were three employees. The cashier disappeared, while the other two employees talked and ate ice cream behind the counter. The cashier reappeared talking on h...er cell phone. I was still left waiting. The employee who was working on the menu boards, went back into the kitchen area to cough up her lungs. After ten minutes, the lung hacker was the one who felt like making my sandwiches. The ice cream eater decided to sit with his back to the lobby at the front counter while other customers came into the restaurant. He had no knowledge of their presence or the ability to make change from a five dollar bill on a sale of $2.68. The sandwich maker had to help him, which kept her from making my sandwiches. The service the 3 employees provided was down right awful. I know times are tough, but employers should be more selective with who they hire. I'm now on a BBQ free diet.
