Bambini Pediatrics

My Children have been using Dr. Malak at Bambini Pediatrics for three years. I am in the process of finding a different doctor. This practice takes a holistic approach, which I like. Using natural remedies and prevention when possible. Unfortunately I have had several bad experiences with the doctor and his staff. While the nurse staff is acceptable, the billing dept. and medical records dept is highly unsatisfactory. Just to touch on some of the unsatisfactory situations, I did not make a habit of emailing the doctor but required some clarification with an ongoing and escalating constipation problem with my baby. I was told by one of his billing staff that the doctor does not get paid for answering email/phone questions (even though insurance had paid for frequent visits for this very issue). In addition, through no fault of our own, we were billed in error for a visit. It took us months of phone calls and aggravation to remove the bill from their system and to stop the bills.
