These folks really know their stuff! I got a virus on my laptop and got mad about it - I ended up breaking the display screen - I had already lost a couple of keys from the keyboard. Anyway, they fixed the screen for around $100, replaced the keyboard for $30 and got the virus off for approximately $90 - roughly $220 total - AND SAVED ALL MY DATA. It would have been over $450 for a replacement laptop and all my pictures and music would have been gone. These folks are great! And it only took a week.
