Rarely do I leave reviews but felt this deserved one.
I walked in...checked to see if they had the double din I was looking for on display which it wasn't. I walked up to the register as the employee/owner was walking to the back. While I was standing there right at the register another customer comes up with a speaker box (looked to be previously helped). Employee/owner comes back rings the guy up which was understandable but then another customer came up to pay right behind him. The thing that baffled me was there was no "be with you in a minute" "let me get this guy real quick"...nothing...a complete lack of acknowledgment that I was standing there (in front of the register) waiting to be helped.
I ended up just walking out. If a customer can't even get the most common customer service/etiquette what would make a customer want to leave their car at this shop and trust it would be cared for while it's getting taken apart for an install.

I just ordered the HU myself and will get it installed somewhere else. This might be a good/decent shop buy in my experience...it looks like the employees need to take a class or two in customer management/interactions. Bad for business.

Upgrade to my system and am so happy. Great job. Made my new deck work with my controls in my steering wheel. Great place. Clean shop.
