Garden Figurines
I like the selection of outdoor Figurines the store has in the pet area. Lots to chose from. Kinda pricey, but worth the quality.

trying to call customer service for a return question before i take a 45 min. one way trip to the store to bring back something that is so poor in quality that i am completely displeased....and i cant get a person on the phone and the system HANGS UP on me... im now super mad and am going to make that trip..I BETTER GET A REFUND!

Your phone service is none existent and your internet is useless at best. You will keep this up till you loose many many customers. You should not force us to pick the score you want. You deserve a zero. You can force us to put a five star but we mean zero.
In-Store Service
One evening I spent 45 minutes trying to get an 8X10 rug out of the middle of a pile that must have weighed several thousand pounds. Oh, I scouted underneath all the display rugs from one end to the other, I looked around and went walking a couple of aisles looking for ...an employee to help me. Finally after I was about half way through folding, pulling, tugging, flapping over rug after rug after rug trying to get to the one I needed, 2 guys that were shopping offered to help me. No floor employees anywhere. Its about the worst service I have ever seen. They might as well get forklifts, and pallet jacks and leave them at the front door of the store so that if we need heavy equipment in order to make a purchase we will have it on hand while shopping. Come on people. Yes you have great prices, but what about those of us that need help from time to time with big bulky purchases. Good thing I didnt buy a sofa, HAHA I would have had to haul it to the register by myself. FAT CHANCE!
Junk
Here's the thing about garden ridge. They sell junk. I recently purchased 2 adorondack chairs and a table and because they were red, the color my wife wanted and it was her 40th birthday I purchased them. They were no cheaper then had I gone to some omish store or what...ever and purchased something unfinished and built better. They were just already painted red. Great, Right? Wrong! Not 20 days later the cheap chinese finish that was on them has now turned white and I'm having to paint them red again. After complaining to garden ridge I still have no response and because they've been put together, forget about any chance of return. Despite the original receipt. Not gonna happen. Stay away from Garden Ridge, Cheap Junk and NO sense of customer service. They would do America justice during this economic crisis by going out of business, liquidating their assets and allowing some other company that cares about us the American consumer take their place.
Service is horrible
Not being able to talk to a human is absolutely the most annoying thing ever! I will not buy anything from the store, regardless of how low the price is. my rating was one star, but I wasn't able to leave just one star, it wouldn't accept it
