Purchased blutooth helmet. Was not what the owner said it was. The bluetooth did not work with my Blackberry (the reason for purchaseing) in addition the helmet had a seperate charger which he said it did not need. Returned the helmet, offered me store credit the next day. I have yet to get my store credit. I first filed a claim last year in March 2010. Its a year later and still out my money or store credit. My brother recently purchased Phatman Snowboard shop and does not practice his business like this. I too am a business owner and service the public. This was by far the ABSOLUTE WORST restaurant I have eaten at in my ENTIRE LIFE. Not only did they short change us, but they served KRAFT Macaroni and Cheese, and UNCOOKED chicken. Unfortunately, I did not stay around for desert, however I wouldn't expect anything more than a pair of Twinkies on a dirty plate.
